Anyone developed some minor hip issues from training and what did you do to resolve it? Trying to work on my flexibility for sure as it sucks but I wonder if I need some chiropractic adjusting as well! Sometimes they feel like they almost need to pop but won't!

Trying out some of their hip mobility drills! I didn't realize how inflexible they were! It was worse than I thought!

Both of those are fantastic. Are you developing shoulder issues yet? Useually, when one becomes in balanced, the other does too.
