Hey guys I'm designing my upcoming routine for my next cycle. My goals of the routine/cycle is to build as much strength and size as I possibly can within a few months (of course) and also to greatly improve my cardio. Could you guys recommend me a good routine to achieve these things?

I am wanting to incorporate running sprints into it somewhere as well. Thanks in advance
