Hey guys so I've been going to the gym for a while never concerned myself with my diet. Now I am and I cannot for the life of me get a good diet down I want one that is simple where every single meal is prepped but I can't figure out how to carb cycle worth shit or when certain foods are needed the most any help would be appreciated my goals are to bulk but a lean bulk

Start by tracking what you eat and adjust to your liking.

Once you get the hang of tracking, start adjusting your macros.

Start adding other foods to meet your goals.

A standard is 40/30/30 (C/P/F)

I weigh myself every morning.

Also track water intake.
 
all that info is free on the net, just research it , looking muscular is all in the diet, you need to strip the fat and boost your metab, then you bow up lean
thats the only way, there are no short cuts
