Hey guys so I've been going to the gym for a while never concerned myself with my diet. Now I am and I cannot for the life of me get a good diet down I want one that is simple where every single meal is prepped but I can't figure out how to carb cycle worth shit or when certain foods are needed the most any help would be appreciated my goals are to bulk but a lean bulk
