my secret is that....i really have no secrets , diet is strict but no 0 carbs day for me . As i often train 2x day i need carbs ! My training is high intensity , 20-25 sets each body part , pauses between sets are like 15-30 sec. , lots of supersets trisets , giant sets . This kind of training is NOT for everybody but it works for me
