My gf has always been active, competetive cheerleader and gymnast. For the last year she has been more and more active in weight lifting in the gym. Most recently she has taken up training with me and under several competetive females in the NPC. She's doing very well and at the current time would like to not consider var or any other standard aas. And I respect her decision of course. Recently several girls have mentioned the idea of her using Ostarine as her first "supplement" to try. From what I read 12.5mg a day seems to be plenty for a first time run.

Shes on a set diet currently and using a multi and fish oil currently as over the counter supplements. Pre workout occasionally.
Any feed back on MK-2866?
