What affects IGF-BP3 levels?

What exactly is IGF-BP3? Mine has never been low until my most recent labs.
 
2541 there not super low. Mine have always been in range If you can could you explain what it is. I've researched it but I can't understand what would cause it to drop
 
I am not familiar with binding protein 3 so I cannot speak to that. As far as that number 2541 I have never seen an IGF level that high, so I am baffled, sorry I cannot help.
 
My IGF-1 is 154 so that is normal range and I understand what it is. It's this igf-bp3 that I don't understand.
