What's up guys. Glad to have come across this site. Definitely a lot of good info and friendly ball breaking. I live in ny, have been lifting for about five years and I'm getting ready to start my first cycle. I'm 5'7", 33years old and have been stuck in the 190lbs+ range for a while. I hope to continue expanding my knowledge on all aspects of bodybuilding. You could never know enough.
