1) Add 1 cup of fluid (I used Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla here), 1 scoop of protein, and 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum and mix.
2) Leave it in the freezer for an hour to hour and a half.
3) Take it out and use a hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
It gets crazy thick and is ideal for prior bedtime if you are dieting and get cravings prior to bed. The volume is insane and you will have no desire to eat more food after this. Also, it will only have 120 to 140 calories depending on your protein powder.
I used Phase 8 because it mixes thick, don't use isolates or other proteins that mix easily.
