So I've been ignoring the shoulder pain for a couple years now as it really only bugs me after chest day. But it looks like it's cost me some gainz. My upper outside pec is lagging big time. For the at couple months I've been trying to do a little extra on that side but so far no good.
What do you guys do to get more out of one side?
