Get Shredded!
Hi everyone, I've been looking for a good forum and this one looks like the best. I've been doing a lot of research and am finally starting to actually do something starting with posting here. I'm not entirely sure as to what I can and cannot talk about even though I did of course read the forum rules. I guess I'll learn a little as I go. I'll start with where I'm at, funnily enough because of reading all of this stuff about testosterone and what not I decided to get my natural levels checked just for future reference. I surprisingly came back at at total test level if 402... Which may not sound that bad except for the fact that I'm 25 and according to what I've read that puts me at the bottom 5th % of my age group, and kind of explains why I've made so few gains in so many years of exercise and various other aspects of my life (beta-male mentality etc). So now I'm considering TRT if I can get on it. First doc I saw was all hell no, now I found a doc in my area who is likely to get me started on 200mgs of cypionate a week with no AI or anything else. So I know I need to find a good source for an AI because I've read he will not prescribe it for some reason. And I figured if I'm already going to be injecting, I might as well take myself to more like 250mgs a week? I'm not even sure if I can post all of this here, everybody else's posts on the noob thread seem to be just a simple hi. I have a ton of questions about placing orders and what not because I'm super new to all this and not familiar with how all this works. Also it seems that I need at least 10 post to be able to PM people? I see that American Testosterone has a huge sale right now and that has prompted me to make a hasty post because I don't know how all this works and would also like to take advantage of that before it goes away and I know I'm going to need an AI anyway for when I get on TRT. Also is it legal to buy testosterone if you're on TRT? Sorry in advance if my post is inappropriate.

Thanks for the responses, was everything I said ok to post?

You're fine. This is basically an intro for new members. A little about yourself would be great. I understand this forum can be a lot overwhelming. However everything you're looking for can be found or answered by some of the vets. Take some time and read. You can search for just about anything you're looking for.

Ok, cool, ya I'm a little afraid of aas and that's why i want to start with testosterone cypionate from a doctor to feel a little safer about it and to help my wife feel the same as well considering how much bad media there is revolving around steroids. It's been hard just to get her on board for that. Obviously i would like to put on a little bit of muscle while I'm at it. Should i move over to the trt forums? They don't seem too active actually.

The Steriodsfax family would like to welcome you to ASF. If you have any questions please feel free to pm myself or anyone of our SF reps. It looks like Shell is already trying to square you away. You are in great hands with her:winkfinger:

Ok lets see, I started exercising at age 12 due to bullying and would say was pretty serious about it by about 15, like in weight lifting club etc. And was not exercising for like a year or two in between there and now. I started off at 115 progressed to 135 at 15 yrs old just over the past year i tried doing a clean bulk and went from about 150 all the way up to 180 but still it was mostly fat... And am now cutting and at about 160 at 5ft 7 and about 15% bodyfat. Can't really gauge how much i can lift on any certain lift because I'm currently restricted to using resistance bands.

Anything more specifically you would like to know? And i take it you guys are reps for steroidfax?

First, welcome.

2nd...read more.

5'7" and 160lbs. Get your body fat checked by a personal trainer at your gym. Or find a bod pod.

What do you eat in a day? List every meal please.

I wouldn't jump on a cycle yet.

If your test is that low at 25, what did your doctor recommend? What else has he/she tested for?

Ya, I just checked and I'm about 165 and 18% body fat checked by a body fat caliper and the 7 point test. I guess I was hoping I was doing a little better than that. I can't afford to use a bod pod, nor am I that concerned with the number as I am with looking good.
I skip breakfast everyday because I'm intermittent fasting to cut right now since I tried bulking and got pretty fat from it. I have basically chicken, fish or turkey with vegetables like spinach and broccolli and a carb like ezekiel bread, brown rice, quinoa. Basically during my "clean bulk" I just ate hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and then brunch I would have about 6 oz of turkey breast with a slice of swiss, and then for lunch I had the same thing just with broccoli and guac, then for linner I would have more turkey and swiss and then for dinner would be alternating chicken with mac N cheese, fish with quinoa, and chicken with cheese and guac. Having carb heavier things like the chicken mac after a workout on my workout days. I'm not looking to go full blown cycle right off the bat, just maybe start with some TRT dosed cypionate and see how that goes.
As far as docs go, I seem to know more about testosterone and hpta function than they do. I tried getting a full male hormone panel done and good luck with that. I was lucky enough to get my total test checked. They didn't check E2 or free test or anything...

What's your current training like? How many calories are you consuming in a day? How consistent is your training? How consistent is your diet? Me and some others on here can help you with training and diet.

Honestly I think you can get amazing results without AAS. If your doctor isn't helping you then find a new doctor. Honestly the test range is "x-x" and we all want to be at the high end, however you are within that range even though it's super low for your age. I would change docs or have your current one refer you to a specialist. Are you having any symptoms of low test? If not, your low numbers might just be YOUR normal range for You.

Anyway, I think you can reach your goals within 12 weeks, all natural and be better for it.

I used to count calories and it seems really tedious and and just close enough's anyway. But an example day looks something like this
1 chicken breast = 5.5 oz = 165 cal = 35g protien = 3g fat = 0g carbs
broccoli= 130 grams = 35 cal = 3g protien = 0 fat = 6g carbs
2 slices cheese = 100 cal = 14g protien = 5g fat = 0g carbs
guac 1 cup = 100 cal = 1 protien = 9g fat = 5g carbs

Lunch Total = 400 cal = 53 Protien = 17g fat = 11g carbs

1/2 1 chicken breast = 5.5 oz = 85 cal = 20g protien = 2g fat = 0g carbs
1/2 mac & cheese = 340 cal = 13g protien = 5g fat = 65g carbs
1/2 4 tbsp butter = 200 cal = 0g protien = 22g fat = 0g carbs
1/4 cup milk = 40 cal = 2g protien = 2 g fat = 3g carbs
1.5 cups milk = 240 cal = 12g protien = 12g fat = 18g carbs
ganache = 320 cal = 4g protien = 18g fat = 36g carbs
2 scoops protein powder = 270 cal = 48g protien = 2g fat = 12g carbs
1.5 cups milk = 240 cal = 12g protien = 12g fat = 18g carbs

Dinner Total = 1730 cal = 111g protien = 75g fat = 152g carbs

Day Total = 2130 cal = 164g protien = 92g fat = 163g carbs

Also I am experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, so much so that my wife is asking me if i think she not attractive or something because I'm not performing in the bedroom or just generally not in the mood. Also I'm really tired most of the time.

31% Protein/39% Fat/31% Carbs at 2,130 daily calories

Is there any reason you chose those macros? That fat percentage is way too high, it's more than double what I'd give to a fat loss client. Some people do respond better to higher fats, but that's too high IMO.

Also did I read 4tbsp of butter?

That was a workout day so i had higher carbs than non workout days. Was doing a carb back loading type thing. Getting carbs really only from vegetables on non workout days. I had also read alot about fat being demonized wrongly and that it helps and is necessary if you want to maintain healthy testosterone levels.

On behalf of PSL I would like to welcome you to ASF. If you need further assistance please feel free to pm me.
