Been having stomach issues with all the food I'm eating for the bulk. Never had one but wanted to know what it's like and if it helped you.

The colonoscopy cleanse will do the trick. When I had mine I shit a Twinkie that was stuck from 1976

A buddy of mine lost 9lbs form one colonic visit, he was a former pro BBer and ate for 3 people on the daily
 
Make sure they don't use bleach when u cleanse
