Do you guys keep creatine in your diet during a cut? Is the little bit of water retention from it a concern?
 
Do you plan stepping on stage? If not then why does extra water retention in the muscles even matter?
 
No stage for me lol. I was thinking more along the lines of bloat in the midsection but since it Is intra muscle water then it wouldn't matter I guess
