So I just got an email from circle pay saying they have removed the limit on what you can send. So no more building up your limits or waiting to send the rest of your money a week later.

Very very interesting

NICE! Also, no bank account info needed with them.

I received the same email. It looks like this a better option than coin base now

It says they removed the limits on how much you can send, receive or cash out

Hitting the old sending limit would be an excursion as it were. My only concern is the wait period between purchasing BTC and having it hit your wallet. For example coinbase takes 4-5 days, and the instant buy limit doesn't go over like $200.

I haven't used it yet. The debit card option says instant but no idea what the limit is

Ya.. that's the kicker.

If you are using large amounts of BTC the price fluctuation in the 4-5 day wait time can end up costing you a decent amount.

I think I had to verify my bank and add a credit card as back up but you can increase your instant buy limit to atleast $1000 with coinbase.

IML Gear Cream!

I did this last week. But still have one day for funds to clear.

I did every verification and hit the buy requirements and they still have me set at $200.

I keep hearing people are losing money using bitcoin which sucks... Are the losses recent? I have used circle for a little while now and never lost a dime:thinking:

This is the email I received.
From here on out there are no limits on withdrawals or spends! However, the deposit limit remains. This means you still have the $300 a week limit for depositing money into your Circle account but you can withdraw or send as much you'd like.
At the moment, you do not qualify for an deposit increase, as we are looking for a more complete and longstanding transactional history.
To help expedite things, your account has been placed into a pool for an automated increase. The moment that you qualify, your limits will increase to a $3,000 deposit limit. This will ensure the fastest possible path to an increase!
In the meantime, the best way to become eligible is to continue to use Circle as it works best for you.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get back in touch!
Best,

My last btc purchase ended up depreciating close to $200. It took a big downward swing over the weekend, however this was a while back. I leave a little in my wallet and watch the fluctuations daily.. It's been fairly stable.

Some volatility there for sure but in the short run it generally should even out. In fact, over the last year the trend is strongly upward. I suspect this is one of those things where the upswings don't get talked about much -- if you gained 20% in the 5-day wait period, you think "oh that's nice" but soon forget, but if you LOSE that percentage you'll be furious and never forget.

Odd how it works in the opposite manner when it comes to casinos and lottery tickets.

Mine reloaded in 1 minute! easy peasy lol

So guys can someone explain - with circle , I want to deposit say $300. It could actually lose money while waiting to get into my account ? Is there any way to have it enter account instantly ?
