here are a few pics between 10 and 7 days out . Bodyfat was tested around 5.2% at 10 days out . I'm probably in the best conditioning of my life and i turned 60 last week......Never too late to hit your best Brothers

used only the EP line throughout my whole prep.....best gear around , period
