This log has been a long time coming.
This year has been rough to say the least. I havent done a whole lot in the last few months. Without to much detail. Pretty much lost my house, and my wife, (work in progress). Kinda depressed, My Daughter broke her wrist, i was pretty sick due to,my asthma. I was put on all,kinds of meds.. and blew up fast. 20-25lbs in a few weeks .

So back to recomping .16-20weeks

1-4 sd 20-30 mg ed or 20 mg for 5weeks
1-6 Test e/eq blend 400/400
1-6 mast e 600 week
7-10 test e/eq blend 400/650
7-10 Mast e 600
var 70-100mg ed
Provi 50 ed
Aromasin 20mg ed

Switch to short esters

Eq til the end!
Running all my support supps

My goal gain some lean mass while shedding the fat!

I will be 225 by the end of june! It go time. No excuse.... just grinding!

Today i had a great pump. Outer lats are sore as hell right as they touch delts. Arms are pumped as well as forearms. Im feeling small , we will,be kicking up cardio to the max come monday .. kids are demanding my time, and dont want to disappoint them with all,we have gone threw so far.
Update more in a bit, giving my 5yr old. A bath. Life of a parent....:owned:

Yesterday was a bit of fun and family. A little bit of grieving. My fathers youngest brother.passed away. So, this is the third one he had to,bury. Today.is a little tough getting on, juat because it is so much going on. My uncle is being layed out today only, buried tomorrow. So i great apologize if i am not on the site as much as i should be , or as busy! Ill be on in a bit. Work 11-7.

Thanks a lot I really appreciate it shadow. On my way to work I'll be on the rest of the night. Tomorrow is the funeral , he didn't even look like himself at all. My father is taking it pretty hard he was a baby my uncle I mean. He just turned 59. Cancer get you every time it doesn't discriminate doesn't matter how big or how small you are I saw him a week and a half two weeks ago but from then till now he look totally different and he looked bad then

The last few days, my protein has come from chicken breast,and some ham on easter , good friday was a lot of fish ,shrimp, crabsoup, some salad and veggies no meat.
Tonight i have more steamed shrimp, and oikos triple zero (vanilla) 32oz. 75 gr protein powder.
Eggs, and shrimp for three days.

Hey everyone .sorry for my absence. I encountered a problem. Thought it was the flu. But realize it is due to lgi damage control.
It's the only thing i took.. my eyes look totally blood shot. The white of my eyes were grossly red!! Very dark, sweating profusely, chills and shaking almost uncontrollably. I was told i looked like I was dead... I couldn't go to work the last 2 days.
I didn't realize after the first day it was lgi damage control. Thought I was sick. Head also felt wierd, felt dizzy, .
So i was totally better. then yesterday about 6 pm I took damage control.
About 2 hrs later it started again. Sweating profusely, couldn't think, eyes were extremely red again. The whites of my eyes were blood red, whole body covered in goose bumps. Had to call out of work. I'm extremely disgusted. Wtf is wrong with this product now. I've used this stuff many many times. But something is wrong. I also, threw up. So what do I do about this!

Damn that's crazy bro, the shit that's supposed to save u is making u sick smh, personally I question the quality of alot of those supps and PHS since the 2014 ban, just taking ppls money and run

Ive said in the past how great the quality is how i support this product, never in a million years did I think this would happen especially taking a support supplements that I take many times prior. It truly leaves me shaking my head

It is cycle support. I have the bottle here. I'm a little fucked Up about this whole scenario. Trying to,ffigure what to,fucking do. I'm gonna take a picture of my eyes. I'm at work. Then I'm gonna take a dose, which is 2 caps. Hopefully, i dont fucking fall over dead...seriously.. in an hour or 2 i will,see what happens. Ive taken nothing else. Absolutely no orals or injects. This is underdosed really. I use to,take 3 caps am and 3 caps pm. This has been a staple in my cycles. But after the other day. I'm freaked out. Never has anything ive ever taken done this. Let alone something to,protect my organs etc. .. if you ever seen blood shot eyes, this is double the color. And very glassy looking. So let's see what fucking happens.. if this fucks me up again. Idk... of someone could test it. Somehow. To,identify what the fuck has changed, or if it has been tampered with. I'd send ya the bottle. Ok 10 o'clock im taking 2 caps.

Ok, so I'm done my jog/HIIT . I did half and half. It's been about 50 minutes since I've taken damage control. I'm freezing! Chills all over. This is how it started the other day. And my hands are shaking

HOLY CRAP !!!!! Mace, don't take that anymore. None of those ingredients should be a problem, but its a supplement company, Unregulated :( who the HELL knows what got in there. Id contact them directly too. Wasn't it USP Labs that had crap getting into their diet pills that was giving people hepatitis ? :(

Today I went to the gym did the arch trainer before work. 20-30minutes. I had gotten caught up talking to this amazingly beautiful, girl. She has chiseled abs, incredible body. And funny as hell. She is a business women, smart as hell.also. and a real smart ass.. Wow.. daydream.
Had to double back. 3p-11pm will,have about 50 minutes of gym time tonight. Just finished up 30 minutes of jogging/HIIT.
Feel pretty good, I'm very motivated as of late.

It was pretty dam cool, they come right over to the glass. the younger of the 2 males would rub his back against the glass . He was raised from a cub , the older was the father of the cub. He wasn't as fun
The father was 7yrs old and the son was 2yrs.

Today has been a pretty solid day. Ive gotten in 2, 30 minute runs. Unfortunately my relief called out ,so im here til 7 or 9pm. Wich is no big deal. I will hit the gym this evening. Until then, i will get in another run. Maybe some delt work.
Todays food.
3 scrambled eggs w/1 piece of amer. Cheese
8 oz of 1%milk with my supps

1 banana
16 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt.
Some pistachios

6oz turkey over lettuce on wheat

16 oz of grilled chicken plain add some red hot sauce
Vitamin water.

16oz greek yogurt vanilla. Triple zero.
Also had 2 meatballs.

Blackened , halibut. A Women at my work , her husband goes up to alaska for a week almost every year., goes out for king salmon 3 days 4 days halibut. I was given about a 10-15lb steak.

Its nice i wanna go. They had about 20 halibut, his cut was about 100+lbs of steak.. they slice it up, filet it, package it. And they eat what the catch all,week. So they usually give me a couple steaks. The dam piece of meat looked like the size of a turkey!!! I solid piece .or filet

Yesterday i worked 7a-11p. Had to be back,at work this morning 7am. during the day, i managed to do HIIT two times. 20 and 25 minutes i believe. Last night before leaving i also, managed to,do some delt work. It was a mess at work yesterday so my attention and focus was on problems on my job. Hopefully today is more productive.

How is everyone today.. first day swinging from day to nights. Sorry if i wasnt active early in the day . First day sleep is crazy. Up from 630 am. Til about 9. Sleep from930 til 1130 .pick up my son from school. Up til about 3pm sleep from 3-6. ... so mondays are a long day going from daylight til night shift..
Ive gotten in 2 jogs this early tuesday morning. Also training someone so my time has been a little bit limited. Will,update shortly.

Started off some incline chest press
5 sets x10-20 reps
Had a great pump ,really good focus. Was flying along.
Jumped over to shrugs
5 sets ,x 12-25 reps
Again.moving pretty fast, not much rest time. Pace is 20 seconds between sets.
Pulldowns/pullups superset one to the other .no break
3 x 8-15/ 3 x 12-20

Legs
Leg press.
5 sets 10-20reps.
Last set 910 x 10. Reps. Felt pretty good going down knees to chest.

Seated calfs seat still missing..(what a joke)
Extension

Took about 2 scoops super pump juice extreme in 6 oz. Water 10 minutes before going in the gym.
Energy was up, a little shakey. Nothing crazy, pumps where pretty good, endurance was better, .. had a good amount of ingredients at the bottom of my bottle... first time this happened. Could be because i left my container in the fridge

Underneath is like a dam maze... the kids run and have to,crawl at some points its low as shit... i was army crawling through a lot of it... glad it is rubber mulch... lol.. they also have a lacrosse field, and a soccer field.. i should of taken more pics but i was constantly moving

My sinuses are killing me.. it is draining my mojo! I believe i have an infection.. nasty green, yellow and brown. Gunk....
Hopefully when i leave work at 11 my exit isnt blocked off again. Instead of taking the tunnel to get home i had to go through downtown and it took me almost 1hr. Normally i can be at the gym in 15minutes. They close at 12. So cross your fingers friends.

Yes, i guess i can understand that. I usually am pretty methodical. But because of this week at work and training someone ,Well ive kinda bounced around in my workout schedule. Not sticking to a set routine. I needed to do legs today! But i cant really push legs than go roller skating with kids..lmao, i could imagine how that would end up looking and turning out. Also, i believe i have a broken knuckle. Its been about a week. Ive contunued to use it obviously, but its sore. Slightly discolored. And sensitive.it is what it is. Im on nights next week. I will get it xrayed. Update more in a few hrs. Need to shower and get ready to kill myself on some roller skates.

I started using my treadmill at the house today! 30 minutes. Every 5 minutes i increased the incline and speed. By 1.
By 15 minutes incline 3 and 3mph i could fst walk but i tried to,do,short steps and jog . A little awkward. Incline 4 and 4 mph.
Felt good, 25 minutes in i was sweating pretty good. 5 incline and 5mph. For 5 minutes. I will start using this a little more each week. Right now., twice a day. Is good. Gonna change up how i run. Gonna program a hiit workout. Should be great .

Im up for the supervisor position at work. Its only 40 hours a week. No over time. But i believe they are willing to give me 85k. What does everyone think.. this is the same position last year i thought i had, and they went and hired someone much cheaper in price with no experience. He gave notice.

Then again, i could see them going the cheap route and hiring someone with no experience, spen months to train them, give them a signing bonus, and a phone, and have them quit! Just like the last guy. I need to make more money. Im taking a 15k cut in pay anually. But if its only 40hrs a week and im on a set shift , i can go,part time somewhere else and make extra $$ i wont have to,work 80-100hrs a week.

Today i havent done much. Kinda tired. Ive been up throughout the day. My 18 yr old son has had some back ,problems for yrs. Always in a lot of pain, and the doctors can never tell us what is wrong with him. So he has been seing specialist , and chiropractors, and going to therapy . Just this week they realized his pelvis was out of alignment. So they realigned it. It helped. But wasnt the problem still in pain. Today i received a call from his dr about the mri. Wanted to, see us in the office. Long story short, he has a cyst in the lower portion of his spine on the nerves. . So we have to set up to see another specislist to have it removed. They believe this could be the cause of his issues. All these years and knowone noticed his pelvic bone was out of alignment. And all the mri's and x rays. No one seen this cyst??? Im relieved .it is a cyst. And not a mass , or cancer . He must have more bloodwork, among other things done. But hopefully we can bring this to an end and he will have a normal life now, pain free.. sorry i havent been on a lot today . This is why.

Trying to,finish up this workout out. ..so this guy i work with just asked me if i could take him to golds with me monday morning after working 11-7. For leg day!!! I told him ok.. hope he is ready.. lol. Shit this should be fun!!! Have to,be back,at work by 3pm on monday.. so we will be moving at a very fast paced. I wonder if he will, wanna come again.

Ok my arm workout turned into a chest /back workout ... this is how it went.

chest/back p90x style with my own touch

Doing everything in moderation, this is a long workout.
I do 1 chest exercise, followed by a back exercise. No break.

standard push-ups 20,20,20
Pulldowns behind neck. 15,15,15
1-2 minute rest

Military push-ups 20,15,15
Pulldowns to chest 15 x 3
1-2minute rest

Incline chest press 20x 3
Pull ups palms in. 20 x3
2 minute break

Decline (feet on top of chair) 3 sets , 20reps
Rows 3 sets x 15reps

Diamonds 3 sets x 15reps
One arm rows 3sets x 12reps

Pec deck 4 sets x 20 reps
High rows 4 sets x 15reps

Took about an hour.. feel pretty good. Diamonds like to really zap my triceps. Cramping up as well.

Guys/ladies sorry bout the lack of updates.. had a tooth extracted and setting up for root canal and bridge. Had an abscess ,on antibiotics. feeling more myself for now. Now pain meds. So been toughing it out with some ibuprofen. Which is a joke... sleep has been all fucked up.. the dentist wasnt my normal dentist. But squeezed me in due to the severity of the infection. Some facial swelling, left side of face /gums went numb. Anyhow im alive, and will be back to my normal self. Friday morning have the second half of this debacle taken care of. Then go to work at 3.
Should make for an interesting day. Was still bleeding pretty good yesterday. But minimal blood today.

They didnt stitch it or anything. Had a fucking gauze pad in my mouth which i changed about 10 times.. pain was pretty bad! Im good with pain.. really high thresh hold
But. This was something totally different for me. Never had a cavity until last year my tooth cracked.. first problem i had.. since then all hell has broken loose

I find ibuprofen and naproxen work the best together.... narcotics have never really help unless I was high

Yes, one day last week i had both 800mg ibuprofen and 500 naproxin. And it did help. But only had that for a day... but im good. The pain is minimal today. Not looking forward to friday.

finished off 2 seperate runs. HIIT 25 MINUTES , 2nd). 20 minute jog, didnt stop added a 25 minute HIIT .total of 45 minutes .. sweating like a turkey on Thanksgiving.

Sitting at urgent care, my son was stung by a wasp. In his calf and behind the knee. He must be allergic. Swelling in the area of the sting, but both legs and arms have whatblooks live hives or red blotches now. Stinging burning and now he had to throw up.

He is being kept home today. Just to make certain everything has passed and no further issues.
This week i work. 7-3. Should be a productive week. Today i will get in some HIIT early. Also get in a workout here and tonight at the gym. Time to get going .. can everyone say 2 a days!!

Sorry brother. Been a long week. Had to take a back seat to some
Apps with the kids. So my sone that was stung by the wasp also had an appointment with a surgeon. He has pectus carinatum.
Basically, the left side of his rib cage that meets in the center of his chest is raised up . It sticks out an inch or 2 higher . So they wanna do surgery. But i wanna see if the brace will help him first. It will constantly be adjusted over the next yr. Hopefully this will work. If not he will need surgery . It will involve cracking open his chest and reconstructing the cartilage. Then wiring them together. .. then my oldest son, one of his friends just died. He was 19yrs old working for a steel company.
My son is taking it hard. Its very sad.

So today has been decent.

I managed one jog for 20 minutes and a HIIT for 25 minutes.
But ive been on the move most of the day! My water intake has been low this week. I must keep this up about 1.5 gallons ed.
Im looking forward to killing the rest of this log.
Gonna start putting up macros as well. Time to dial in what i need to do. No excuses. Just work.

The news gets better and better.
My father has to go to have a sit down with his dr/surgeon. Next week. He had a triple bypass 2yrs ago. They didnt replace the aorta (valve) said it would last 10-15yrs. So they opted not to do it. Well its not good .. they wanna discuss his options. Other wise prognosis of life expectancy is less than 2yrs. It needs to be replaced asap!
