Hello... Been reading and researching here and the webs a while, figured I'd finally make an introduction.
Late 30's from East Coast USA... Trained on and off since high school, then a lay off, back at lifting for about 4 years now, last 2.5 years I've been real dedicated.
Currently 5'08" 193lbs...started at about 155lbs 4 years ago. Finishing week 9 of my first cycle and enjoying the results.
