Lately I've been getting queezy at the gym with this stuff i regularly take (Supremacy 1-Andro)
and i get the shits after training not to mention almost puking after a few sets

I trained most of last year without a pre-workout.

The only time I would use one is if I was REALLY dragging or had a heavy leg day. Actually had some of my best sessions when I didnt have a pre-workout since I knew I would have to make myself focus that much more to get through a tough session.

Well that doesn't sound good. I mix creatine, glutamine, arginine, and BCAA (all from Bulk Supplements) in some Acai berry juice. It tastes good and doesn't upset my stomach. I drink a good protein shake immediately after working out.
 
I don't take anything. Haven't really found any sup that really makes me train hard. I stick to smoking bowls before training lol. At least I can focus and get a good pump with weed lol.

dude smoking bud is the best shit ive ever taken to train hard but i had to quit (random drug tests at work)

Have you ever tried Kratom?

This week I've used the White Boreno about 45 minutes pre-workout and it gives a really nice energy and focus with some pronounced analgesic effects to fight through the pain threshold.
 
I don't take anything, I used too but I try to stay off of caffeine products, they don't help with blood pressure
 
All stims work better the less conditioned you are to them.
I occasionally will pic up a pwo powder if it's on sale. Otherwise it's coffee.

I like methylphenidate but the timing can be tricky and most can't handle moderate use.

And where are the Carbs amigo? Carbs bring glyco to our muscle cells. Its important for some fast acting carbs mixed with your shake.

I mix GlycoFuse... Just a carb powder. Mix that in your shake and pound a gatorade which is only for the sugar. Sugar will shuttle these throughout the body.

Dont forget the carbs, lol.

I do this every workout, and I don't see many guys that can keep up with the way I train.. Then again I workout at LA fit so.. That ant saying much. Weed straight up focuses me. Ill take a hit and ride 25 miles on my bike in less in hour. I do it on the reg. I wouldn't recommend this to many tho. I also have extreme adhd.

I take a prewo maybe 3 times a week. Just picked up a new one.

Just messing.

But I've never smoked pot and I never will.
It has no place with heavy lifting.
 
I tried several highly rated PWO mixes such as White Flood and they all make me queasy, jittery, and/or give me diarrhea.

Now instead, I just make a big milk-based protein shake with added BCAA's, vitamin C, and Nestle Quik. I saw Ronnie Coleman doing the Quik trick so I know it's legit. Also add caffeine and ephedrine. No more voodoo ingredients from those expensive PWOs.

Right on, but I do get carbs from the Acai berry juice... carbs = 29 grams, natural sugar = 11 grams. Also, I'm in the gym by 5:30AM so this works perfectly for me.
 
No pre-workouts / stimulants for me, occasionally I may have a coffee but that will be once a month if that.
I do have couple tubes on 1.3DMMA pre workouts and some Epherdrine ampules, these are reserved for when I am really struggling and dragging my ass to the gym is such a chore. Also providing there is no way I can simply skip a day and workout next day instead.

THC affects the cerebellum. You do not want to get under heavy weight with an altered coordination system. Probably easy to do with bodybuilding style. But not Power-lifting. Not mentioning that it slows down your reaction time.. Which is even worse for lifting heavy.
I'm sure some people can get by with it, but for the general census obviously not. Then again not many people Power-lift.



As for actual pre-workout. A meal and a Redbull seems to be best for me, plus a little Cialis.

I just picked up some oral trestelone, might pick up more. My favorite oral.
 
A cup of coffee is all I take prewar lot anymore if I feel like I need something. Cleaner and more effective I find.
