2nd post here. fucked up and posted somewhere else. I feel like everyone's going to rip me a new one. Haha. Any ways,

Recently started clen. Shakes, sweats, everything. Definitely working. Down 4lbs in 3 weeks and maintaining most of lean mass. Running at 60mcg daily. Upped from 40mcg and ran at 40 for first 2 weeks then next 2 weeks at 60.

Calories around 2500 roughly.
Keeping protein at 230-240 grams a day. I'm more of a macro type of guy.

Everything is going well as far as diet, training, "supps".
My only issue is I'm tired as a MF. I can't even go up a flight of stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon.
Side issue too(this guy getting too tired to drop a load😔)
Any help guys ? Greatly appreciate it 🙏🏼
 
So you have been going 4 weeks straight on clen?

i don't know much about it but I'm pretty sure a lot of people suggest 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

i did 2 weeks on 2 weeks off protocol for it, didn't mention it but I've stopped it completely. Girl complained about the night sweats. Haha
