Brand new here, although I been lurking The Forums for the past year.
Did a Clen "cycle" last summer. Got lean, loved it, minus the shitty sleep. Looking to do something this year except protect my strength going into it/while on it.

B/S/D: 305/405/440 - Def not bragging. Herniated disks and back issues have kept things pretty slow. Also dropping 13+lbs last year on Clen didn't help...
HS athlete and D1 athlete (endurance sport). Now just lifting for the past 4 years. 4-5x a week with a few setbacks.
