Just wanted to say hey and most importantly thanks. I have been lurking and reading for several months in an attempt to better understand what I need and what others have found that worked best for them. I can appreciate the time and effort of those that chose to create the "sticky" list for newbies like myself (very informative). I think I have narrowed things down for a start (thats not too crazy). Thanks again, and I look forward to learning more and hopefully add to the community.

haha, go into settings, in the top right corner and then select Edit avatar, on right of screen bro.
