Only been training 2 years this April. Have done three cycles before. This is going to be a short 8-10 week cycle before I pack my bags and go backpacking across the globe.
I will be using pro hormones as a kick starter, I know I know but I had them lying around and going to expire anyway
30mg epistane 4 weeks
120mg Oral tren 4 weeks
800-1g of test c
500mg NPP
Pinned twice a week. Training split is 4-5 days normally goes 2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off or so. I will be posting pics next week. I started already by pinning 2 days ago.
UPDATED.. Below is my first workout of the log... It's pretty bad... This cycle has started off to a horrible start... I broke up with my girlfriend of 4 years last night and we've lived together for 2 whole years... So my life is a mess ATM haven't even figured out where I'm gonna live... But I'm gonna do my best to try stay on top of the cycle.. I will post my diet as it is later also. So bear with my guys, hopefully I can make this enjoyable for you guys..
Week 1 CHEST/Tricep
1 minute between sets. Preworkout taken.
Aiming for 1/3 tempo, 1 second positive 3 second negative for every set. First set normally warm up. First exercise is always 2 sets warm up. Weight in KG. last set is to momentary failure, without training Partner I can't do any forced failures so I make do.
Failed = As far as failure I can go safely by myself
Barely = just fhat barely made the last 2 reps or so.
This workout I did shoulders day before. Usually I don't do chest after shoulders ever.. But I broke up with my girlfriend of 4 years last night and I wasn't up for doing legs today... So weight numbers will be lower.
