I use dymatize for a little bit and wasn't losing weight or body fat so I changed to ProSupps PSIsolate....... Trying to find a company that is not known for amino spiking

What are you taking?

I like to switch it up. But currently using Blue-Chip Whey. 75 servings for about 40-50 bucks at 20g per scoop.

If any of them have amino acids in them they're protein spiked.

I use ProJym but it's not cheap but good.
