In reading your other posts, I see you are trying to have kids.
Your best bet for fertility is to get off the testosterone altogether. Even then it may be 18 months before fertility returns. Upping your dose from 200 mg a week Test E to 250 mg a week of sustanon is not helping matters with respect to restoring fertility.

Do some research on those two items and see what is right for you.
Frankly, in looking back through your dozen or so posts, it is clear that you are all over the map and really do not understand what you are doing.
If you want kids, the best chance is when NOT injecting testosterone. Period. End of discussion. It does not matter that you read on the internet that somebody got their wife pregnant when injecting testosterone. It just does not matter. The odds are much lower when injecting testosterone, and that is a fact. For many men, probably most, the odds are ZERO.
Get off the TRT <----- Well, what I mean is, stop self diagnosing and prescribing to yourself "TRT." Stop injecting testosterone if you want your wife to get pregnant.
Research how to properly use some of the items listed to restore fertility, or just go to a fertility doctor instead of hanging out on steroid boards trying to figure out how to have a kid.
