Just introducing myself, I am an Army Paratrooper, Afghanistan veteran. 29 yo, 5'8" 185lbs, 23% bf, thanks for taking me into the group, looking to learn as much as I can so that Ido not ask dumb questions. Been lifting naturally for at least 2 and half years, only take protein and creatine. I bee doing lots of reading and will try to not ask anything that has already been asked.
