Hey everyone I have been reading the forums for a few months now and decided to join to see if I can get some advice and to learn as much as I can.
About me 50 years old body 24 year old mind..... 5'9" 195 Lbs lifting on and off for past 25 years. I hurt my back 7 years ago( I just pulled a muscle in my lower back and started having sciatic problems) stopped all activity and got fat.
Well back at it and plan to stay with it. Started back to the gym 5 months ago and lost 40 pounds. Work out 4 times a week cardio ( interval training 4-5 times a week)
Ok just wanted to say hi now on to the forums to read more and ask a few questions.
