Hey All, Been reading for a month or so. Decided to take the plunge.

2012 (early 30s) I found myself a fat 265 @ 6'. Since that time I cut to a low of 172(skinny fatish) and then bulked/cut to current 190 @ ~13%.

Finding lots of great info here! Thanks.
