Anyone have some results or preferences as to the best creatine to take either pill or powder? I was leaning towards powder again as it just seems like the absorbtion would be better.

Also curious if there is any merit to a loading phase.

Don't worry about loading or cycling it .. 5g a day creatine mono, easy to throw in a scoop of powder in any of my daily shakes
