For my regular headaches it's Tylenol during the day and Advil at night. That shit makes me sleepy. I've had a couple of migraines and they're no joke. Laid me out completely. The pain was incredible. Hope you're better soon.
 
Almonds are good for headaches!

Also magnesium malate will help!
