To clear the air, yes it is IA and as you all know I (Jade) am the one who handles this. Let's stick to the facts:
1. We didn't just add this resend policy in our brand new shiny site. It's been there in the FAQs and SHIPPING POLICY pages because this is not the first time it has happened to a customer. AND we have always, ALWAYS, stuck to our resend policy.
2. The parcel is not in our return address yet. I can post a screenshot of my text messages to the post office constantly asking if there is already a returned parcel in our PO Box, but it's in Filipino. If any of you guys want the photo, I'll send it to X and he'll forward it to you.
3. Returned parcels are not sent via EMS, at least based in our experience. It is sent back via the cheapest method, hence the slowest. We have just received a returned parcel from Norway that was sent back October/November 2014. It's already January and we have just received it. I believe the customer is also a member here but I don't know his ID.
4. We give tracking numbers so the customer can work his/her schedule around the delivery of his parcel. We do not care if you use fake names; as long as you make sure there is somebody in the address to sign it for you, you're good.
Now why can't IA resend before the original parcel is sent back to us? This is simple business logic. We are not like Amazon who has an automated payment system that can charge you anytime for any replacements you failed to send back. That parcel can be crushed, seized, lost anywhere during its journey back to us.
International Anabolics is not in the business of ruining our name for a few hundred dollars. I, too, am an educated person with a Masters degree. I think I know when to be fair and when to punch somebody in the throat.
Customers are not the only ones who get ripped off, it happens to us, too. Is it our fault that USPS requires signatures for parcels we send out to you? No. We have tried several times to leave a note to USPS to waive signature, but I think it's their SOP.
If you can't be patient, then by all means stick to local suppliers.
