At first glance, you're completely shutdown (LH & FSH essentially
zero) after 5 wks from last pin... this would indicate a complete failure of PCT and no hope for you ever to have endogenous production again. However, your test levels while low are not near zero -- 265 is terrible (shoot for 1200 in TRT) but that near-zero LH wouldn't account for it. The problem here is you've been popping dbol. That's suppressive. You've interfered with PCT and therefore we can't draw any conclusions about your eventual natty LH level. Could you recover natty test production of a decent level eventually? We can't know until you go 3+ wks (maybe much longer) with no AAS at all.
Also, waiting one or two weeks from last pin to starting PCT is probably inadequate. It depends on your esters on how high you got your test levels. For test-e or -c (most common case) you have a 5.5 day half life. So if you pumped your cycle up to 8,000 ng/dL then after the final pin you'll be about 4,000 after 5.5 days, 2,000 after 11 days, etc. Your HPTA won't kick in until many days (or weeks, or never if you're really unlucky) after falling below whatever your natty level is. If you're 265 natty, you'd have to wait at least 27 days (5 half lives of the ester) before your HPTA would
even notice that the negative feedback hormone levels were below a concern level and now it's time to fire up. Probably at least several days after that. So we're talking a month. If you only went to a more moderate 4,000 ng/dL or so, you're still looking at three weeks before earliest possible HPTA spark. Any PCT drugs before that time are likely wasted, with the exception of HCG to get the testes in gear.
If I were still doing PCT I'd cruise HCG on cycle or blast it for a few weeks before PCT drug time, and not take any clomid/nolva until test levels were low enough for the hypothalamus and pituitary to notice.
In any case, if your natty levels are 500 or below, or hell, 700 or below, I'd TRT instead.
1,000-1,200 is going to be a much better life. 250 has already killed your sex drive as you notice. It's also heightening your chances of cardiovascular disease, losing muscle, irritability and depression, etc etc.
Meh, sorry for the lecture.
Have you looking into HMG for fertility? Then you could just cruise and not worry about this PCT shit.
