No Customs and No Signature upon delivery required?

Is this accurate? I'm in the Southern US and had a seizure letter from customs once about 3 to 4 years ago. One of those is enough. Are these guys truly domestic and no customs as well as no signature at delivery. Any feedback is appreciated.
