I'm confused on how to see how gave me rep so I can at least try to rep them back. Under notifications I see no way to find out.
 
Ugh...I've checked back here after each post hoping you all knew how...guess well wait for admin to answer this one
 
I can see that I have received a reputation for a specific post, and I do see an increasing reputation point tally at the top, but I can't see a comment related to the reputation, or who it was from...
 
The admins have set it that way specifically. Either they just forgot to enable it, or there's another reason.
 
I can see reps when I click the settings tab.

Some sites are set up like that. When you rep just sign with your screen name in the comment.
