melatonin and benadryl are the only OTC that might help.

Ambien is useless.

I has benadryl but it feels weird. Ambien is just abusive for me.

Was it nice and dark? You know they say the more burnt the Tren is, the stronger it is.. :coffee:

Kratom will help me fall asleep but not stay asleep... Benadryl does the best job I think. Either way I'll get up at least once to piss and never fall back asleep.
 
Kratom helps. Unisom helps. Ambien works.
 
400mg tren ace a week.

Took 25mg benadryl and I usually get up around 3:30-4:00ish but I couldnt get out of bed till 6:30. Had 6g of mhk red vein so I think both together were a little too much.

1 ambien, 1 Trazadone and 1 Xanax works for me. Maybe just leave out the benzo.
