my natty weight is approx 230 at 5 11. I gained a lot of muscle last year and got up to 265 and ended up losing every bit of it plus more over the summer. My fitness lifestyle was just too hard to manage with me working 12s all year in 100 degree weather and not eating.Anywho. I have been back in the gym for a bit now and have switched to going heavy on my first set of my compound lifts and then high volume and high intensity on the last few sets.
