Get Shredded!
my natty weight is approx 230 at 5 11. I gained a lot of muscle last year and got up to 265 and ended up losing every bit of it plus more over the summer. My fitness lifestyle was just too hard to manage with me working 12s all year in 100 degree weather and not eating.Anywho. I have been back in the gym for a bit now and have switched to going heavy on my first set of my compound lifts and then high volume and high intensity on the last few sets. Almost like I pre deaden my muscles before the high volume

I am currently 225 in this pic. I am on wk 4 of test and tren e 400/400 a week.

You put on 35lbs of muscle and lost it...shame on you. If ever there was a time for protein powder supplementing that was it. Gotta get those calories. Ida been hittin Mcdy's for a mcflurry and doin a quick three in three out at 1am or somethin....somethin...doggcrapp gets you in and out. 8-4-2, one exercise per body part with some rest pause. That woulda been gangster.

Lol if it wasn't averaging 105 degrees at 90% humidity all summer it wouldn't have been a problem. I was working 5 to 6 days a week for 12 hrs a day not eating until I got home and cleaned up. By the time all that was done it was bedtime to get back up n do it again. I know it kills me just thinking about it. I sacrifices 35lbs and would gladly do it again because I lost a shit load of bodyfat along with that muscle. So I came Into this cycle a bit more lean.
