Its been a bit since ive been on hear had a bad injury was out of lifting heavy due to 8 fractured ribs and a broken hand really had a tough revovery lost 50 pounds of muscle mass.I am coming back into lifting already up 21 pounds in two months. I am struggling a bit but staying focused. I have been training for 13 years so its not new to me had to bounce back a few times but nothing this bad just thankful was injured worse. I am 35 now I want to get back to 250 and be fairly toned at 6ft1 and 223pounds now and lean.I was 268 at my biggest at 28 but really had to push hard to stay lean so I am shooting for a different goal more lean with a healthier looking bulk.The question is what can I eat to help pack on some weight feels like I tried it any advice hard for me to gain
