Just like it says. Time to get accountable again.

Start with big blast 500@ week testE 700 @ week trenA once lbs are gone add in some winny and lower trenA. . Possible clen t3 on tail end.


Keep a log of exercise if I feel needed...diet...bit I'm kinda lazy with all the typing.

Throw up some starting pics tonight or in few days.

Front and Back shot. Obviously goal is to tighten up. Currently 5'6" sitting at 205lbs. Heavier than I usually carry.

Just an observation, but there is no way you should be military pressing the same weight that you use for side raises. My guess is you need to go heavier on your presses, since from the look of you in the pictures the side raise weight appears about correct.

IDK the anatomy well enough but when I do military the left back side of delt has shooting pain occasionally if I go heavy.


Aside from aas I am prescribed xanax , Prozac ,, and valium . That's wtf I'm on I suppose. Oh and narcotics for an inoperable symnovial cyst on my spine

Awesome log man, thanks for the inspiration. Going to be looking for a nice cut come spring, try to go from 220lbs to 200-205 and stay lean, you doing and cardio?
 
My job is cardio. I deliver mail on a all walking route. 15 miles about per day according to a Garmin.
 
Trying to add a little Christmas cheer to the log :)

That's a lot of active walking everyday. Bet it helps nicely to shred up easily come cut time, or anytime really for that matter.

side question* had to thrash any pitbulls lately? I remember that one horror story you told us a while back when you had to take out a dog. Rough job at times I bet.
 
Had to set a punk rite a few days ago. Thought he could intimidate me LOL

Yeah all the walking helps out staying lean for sure!

Daughter is home from college....spent past two days getting in as much possible time with her. She's my whole world <3
