Cali's Gettn Swole Cycle (Log w/ Pics)
I have run Test, Tren, EQ cycles which I have loved. This time I plan to step it up a bit with Training, Diet, and AAS. Going to add NPP, DBOL kickoff, and GH during the cycle.

Cycle:
20 Weeks
1-20 Test E 1400mg/week
1-20 Tren E 500mg/week
1-20 EQ 600mg/week
1-20 NPP 300mg/wk
1-6 DBOL 100mg/day
1-20 Aromasin 15mg/day adjusting as needed
Caber as needed
Starting with 8iu Eurotropin split into two doses. Possibly go up or down on dose due to feels. Once the Eurotropin wears out I'm going to switch to the Pharmacom Pharmatropin. I will advise on how that goes. Probably start at 8iu split x2 as well.

PCT:
22-26 Clomid 100/100/50/50 /day
22/26 Nolva 40/40/20/20 /day
After labs may have to run a second PCT

Diet:
This is a bulk so I plan to eat as much as humanly possible. I like the old split 0f 40/40/20 for bulking. If I am not gaining fast enough or am putting on too much fat I will tweak the diet to suit needs. I generally eat fairly clean but will go dirty if I have to to keep the cals up.

Training:
I poached this from the training section here. I have been doing it the past week and it will be loosely followed in the beginning. I will log the tweaks I make to the training routine. I plan to lift Mon-Fri in the mornings before work. That way I am not away from the family in the evenings and can get in at least 5 a week. I do have a home gym which I will hit on the weekends/holiday.

Monday- Back and Biceps
- Standing bicep curls
- Standing hammer curls
- Straight bar curls
- Concentration curls
- Pull ups
- Lat pull downs
- Seated low row
- T bar row

Tuesday- Legs

- Squats
- Leg press
- Leg extensions
- Leg curls
- Assortment of calf raises
- Calf raise on leg press machine
- Standing calf raise machine
- Etc.

Wednesday- Shoulders and Triceps

- Seated shoulder press with dumbbells
- Lateral raise with dumbbells
- Standing vertical row with straight bar or cable machine
- Shrugs (in whichever way you prefer, I prefer with cables standing on something)
- Skull crushers
- French press
- Triceps extensions w/ cables
- Kickbacks

Thursday- Legs and Back (completely optional, but I'd recommend it, you may also opt to do one or the other rather than both but these are large muscle groups and can really benefit from being worked twice a week)

Friday- Chest
- Chest press with dumbbells
- Medium grip bench press
- Incline press with dumbbells
- Medium grip incline press
- Chest flys on cables


Saturday and Sunday- Rest/cardio (your decision)


Current Lifts for Reps 8-10 (Due to some injuries): Squat 315, Bench 275, Deads 315 I have never tried 1rm due to fear of injuries. I have some buddies getting surgeries and things which is where I don't want to be.

My main goal of this cycle is to finish at 220lb+ and to lean out at the end. Current weight is right about 200.
 
That be a bigs cycle right there. I am liking my Pharmacom , almost three weeks in. I'm at a G of test and recently bumped to a slightly higher stane dose . Good luck buddy . Did you get the e 500?

I sure did, pinned 1.5mL in my right quad with 1 ml tren some NPP and EQ, absolutley no pip. I cant believe how well it went in. I am pinning again today and will report back on how that goes. I actually got some test chills and body aches that night. Going by feel it seems really good. I am doing labs about week 8 so that is when we will see where I am numbering in.

Previously I had been using T400 from another source so maybe I am getting used to the higher concentration test. Although I pinned some suspension the other day and it had F'n crippling pip. (also from another source.)
 
I am getting a 24 hr delayed pip. Nothing major more like a bruised feeling. I started with cyp 250 I was cruising on and ran it out. Yesterday was pin 3 of the e 500. I want to hear about them dbols. Using drols myself.
 
DBOL is 100% on point. My only problem is they are only 10mg so I have to take like 5 at a time. Not a big deal because they are small but I really like the 50mg pills. Pumps are strong and I am already on the Pharmacom site ordering more stuff.

I've only done the one pin so far on Wednesday and it was perfect. I am kind of hit or miss with pip. Sometimes I get a spot that gets some and sometimes I feel nothing.
 
Well they can't always be clean prepared meals. This is from Jack in the Box. Chicken bowl and chicken fajita pits. Better than cheeseburger and fries but not much. Must eat though, as I am getting ready to do some arms today.

Sorry, I have been out of town since last weekend. Went out to the sand dunes where there is no service.
I ate like such a pig I only lost one pound. Usually loose much more on trips.

Pounds lean carne asada, great for tacos, steaks, ect
Pounds chicken breast on bbq
Tons veggies
brown rice and potatoes,

Full swing back to morning lifts, Hitting back and Bis tomorrow. Will report back with how it goes.

On a side note, I was a bit worried about PIP on the T500 but so far have had none. Minor dull pain but no stiffness or knotting. So far so good.

.5ml NPP 100 Into my right upper quad yesterday. Not a single pip has been felt so far.

Popped 50mg DBOL this morning PWO and killed back and BIs.
Only did three plates on deads because I was out for a week and didnt want to get hurt my first day back. Got some great pumps.
Lat pulldown
Rows
Crock Rows
Bent over rows
pull ups and chins
Preacher curls
hammer curls
concentration curls
Then did some calves 5 sets of 20 standing with bb on back
5 sets of 20 seated calf raises.
 
No gh? With that much test I think you would love some gh in the mix!

Did you work your dose up or jump on a full 8 iu?

It has been going up and down over the past 6 months. Splitting the dose helped a lot and the higher dose is 100% noticeable. People say you need to be on GH for 6-10 months to notice anything, not on 8 iu. You notice that shit fairly quickly. Mainly gaining a pound a week and having to tighten my belt so my pants wont fall down.


The only numbness is in my hands when I'm sleeping.
