I am was on Outlawmuscle for a few years. Lost contacts. Looking to make some new friends. I need to shred some fat. Been out for about a yr.
So run down.
43 yrs old
269 pounds
around 20% BF now
Been Dieting pretty hard last couple weeks to shed before I go back on again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
