Signed up a couple of weeks ago and never introduced myself.
Anyways, I'm 36 and have lifted off and on since high school. Been back at it for about 14 months now. Training is consistent but still like to cheat on the diet every now and then.
I'm 5'11" and weigh 207. Would say I'm about 15-17% body fat, but I am on the back end of a 16 week bulking cycle. Goal is to hit about 212 at 10-12% BF. will prolly wait till after the holidays to start cutting a bit.
