add in some otc supps, on cycle i was able to bring my total cholesterol from over 200 to 125 and that was on cycle, everything was pefect, hdl, ldl, tris etc. 2400mgs red yeast rice twice per day, its like a satin, 20mgs policansol once a day, and alot of fish oil extra strength. some CoQ10 and garlic extract wont hurt either i just added these myself.
 
I'm 50 and just got my blood work done.
First time ever I hit 145 on my LDL Cholesterol level.
I think it's from all of the egg yolks that are elevating my levels.
Going now to egg whites, red yeast rice and fish oil.
I'm hoping in 6 months that they will be lower.
I have a pending cycle that I'm going on very shortly.
 
I've had excellent results eliminating carbs with the exception of post workout white rice (2-4 cups depending on training day). I kept my whole eggs in, popped some Niacin, and my blood work improved greatly.

Have you read the Four Hour Body? That orange juice in the morning scares me a lot more than some yolks.
