Serious... have you ever had your ears pierced?
I know what your talking about and it seems to accumulate in the hole pit in the back of your ear. It's the same shit that if you squeeze your nose skin comes out your pores.
 
I had 3/4" Gauges before having them sewn up, you want to talk about so rank ass ear smell. If I shook my head I could smell them, even right after washing.
