Have you tried mid weight incline bench curls? Extendes the bicep a bit more. I would think it would be easier this way to gain a connection. Could be wrong though. While we're on the subject...what can I do to improve the mind-muscle connection to my biceps? I can contract and squeeze the piss outta every other group, but the ability to really contract and squeeze my biceps has always felt off to me. It's almost like my forearms are pumping so much it robs the biceps of full contraction. I have been incorporating drag curls and that seems to help a lot...just wondered if anyone else had some good tips?

By all means, brother. I'm open to all tips and advice available. Ask all the questions you'd like. Not trying to hijack, BTW...just thought this might be able to turn into a good collection of arm tips in general.
I always incorporate them on arms day. Do you recommend heavy/low rep or vice versa?Dont forget hammer curls..
Makes a big difference.
Yes sir. I usually do these to warm up. 40 yr old elbows appreciate the warm up.Have you tried row machine curls?
Purely positive action.. I like it for the pump. Not 100% if it really produces size

Arnold says to lift for the pump when training arms. Anyone subscribe to this?

My biceps outgrow my tris. I need to get my tris growing.
I've always done weighted dips but ever since I've focused on heavy skull crushers my shits has started growing 2 foldHaven't done close grips in months. Thanks for reminding me. Also weighted dips. I'm diggin this thread. Thanks, bro.
For me I love 21's for biceps, strict form, major burn and huge pump and also look into Larry Scott arm training he has some very good ideas. Maybe old school but they work...Just my 2 cents....
Single arm tri movements where the movement lets you flex the tricep as realistic as possible. ie: not in some forced range of motion. Also youtube Ben Pakulski triceps where he explains the three angles of tricep movement with just a single cable. Shit is ridiculous
my tris never saw the gains i was getting until i started using bpak's tri workouts. it's awesome. i twisted in a little of PJ braun's tri work with cables as well from one of his videos and i'm going to keep doing this as long as the gains keep rolling.
