I'm 22 years old broke my back a few years ago, and had spinal fusion. Through the healing process ready to bulk up. Have been focusing primarily on cardio. I understand the importance of a consistent, well planned workout and adequate diet. Have been around same weight since high school wanting extra edge to enhance my performance for 2016 race season. I am 5' 11", 165lbs.
