Man I did the chest workout on the dvd...it consisted of flat bench, decline, flat bench with dumbells and flat dumbell flys. All were 2 warm up sets and 3rd til failure. I'm very impressed and sore as a sumbitch...I like this dvd. Anybody else tried these?
 
Everyone is different and will respond differently. Dorian was a high intensity low volume guy which works for some but not everyone. Id say if you find something thats working for you, use it until it doesnt and then change things up. The longer your lifting and the farther away you get from your bodies homeostatic norm the harder it will be to make gains and the more frequently you will need to change things.
 
I've done a few of Yates' workouts before and I have always loved them. I was always sore and got a great pump doing them.
