glad i waited for blood results before going on first cycle. low T levels

got my blood results and have very low T levels. now have to wait to see an endocrinologist
to go on TRT (will be updating log any advice, will be appreciated))

weight- 147 now. been dieting(keto) 13 weeks now. i was 180 fat

carbs 5%
fats -- 65-70%

workout
monday- chest/back (compound movements)
tuesday- legs/shoulders/arm/abs
wed/thur/fri-cardio treadmill up incline 30 minutes or push prowler sled
saturday-full body workout and start refeed tru sunday

1-scoop protein of casein

snack
2 scoops of whey
1tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter

lunch

8 oz turkey
2-slice of kraft2% cheese
1 whole tortilla
veggies added to this wrap

snack

6oz chicken
2cups baby spinach

dinner

7oz salmon or steak
2cups baby spinach or green veggies

1,700 calories for now, since i been dieting, calories will go up every week as i go.

240 protein
50. fat
100 carbs.

any advice with diet, i will appreciate. thanks.

since blood work shows test level very low 99

i have test E 300mg/mL
but will be doing
420mg (.7ml) a week

also 250iu HCG week

I would bump the test up to 500.

feel more energy today but with huge headache all through out gym and rest of day.

i havent update, been busy at work still being able hit gym. 2nd shot went well, first week is almost over but really feeling whole lot better. being low test for very long time is really something!!

for me being low test big part of life, now i feeling real good!!
stress, anxiety have gone down

im taking aromasin 12.5 EOD,
the day i take feels great, day after not so good but overall is going great!!

i never lack motivation in the gym, always love it. but now on cycle is awesome!!!
strength going up, (i will try post my work and meals this week)
but then again, i was dieting before low carb
carbs and placebo might be doing it for now
for what i read test dont kick in 2-3 weeks
but is great !!
 
gym today went great, feeling stronger😃

decide to change to GVT from what i been doing

((superset))
Decline Bench @ 145lbs. - 10 sets, 10 reps(decline did few sets before GVT got up to 225/3 reps. very happy with this
weighted chins @ 45 lbs. 10 sets. 10 reps

((superset))
Weighted dips @ 90 lbs. - 10 sets, 10 reps
low cable row. @ 120lbs. 10 sets. 10 reps
( will be hitting barbell row tomorrow as well)

felt great did 20 minutes HIIT Bike.


calories went up for 2nd week(((will go up for 3rd week also and doing carb up on sundays))

food will be same for rest of week

breakfast

1-cup unsweetened almond milk
1-serving of granola oats,honey,raisins,almonds
5- servings egg white
2- whole egg

snack

1-1/2--scoop of whey
1-tbsp of almond butter

8oz of lean beef
1-cup white rice

8 oz chicken or fish

extra snack depends
1-scoop of casein with fruit (make a bluff)

finish week 2 of first cycle, test-E only 450 a week will go up. weight has gone up

had to work on a car today, all day not much food. but strenght is going. weight has gone up, but half is water, was on low carb before cycle. starting to see stretch mark on shoulders. happy.

3rd week now. test-e 450 a week only (2shots).
strenght is awesome. great feelin in gym.
i have low back issues,
but started doing front squats, work great

monday

fronts squats 135/10-reps 150- 5sets-5 reps
sumo dead. 225-5/10
lunges dbells. 35 -- 20 each leg
leg ext-- 120-5/12
leg curl-- ,,90 5/10
(( concentrating on legs, on this cycle))

wednesday

flat bench bbell. 135/25 185/15. 205/10. 3sets 235/5
dumbbell flat 100db/17 reps. 3 sets 110/10
dumbbell fly. 3 sets 50/10
