When doing leg extensions, where do place your feet, is it shoulder width, more narrower towards center of body, or greater than shoulder width?
 
I use whatever is comfortable. I have not tried crossing my legs, though. If it will make me look like Sfw, though, I am going to give it a try and report back.
 
I have always gone narrow. Fist between knees wide. Feet pointed slightly in or out, depending on muscle focus.
