That meal was very high in calories... I don't eat a lot of carbs but I do eat a lot of grass fed butter and fats.. So everything you see is high in natural fat. The lower I take my carbs the leaner I get. But this meal was a carb meal!!! I love sweet potatoes!
.. Gotta keep it tight for the wife and gays....cabbage, kale and julienned broccoli salad with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries under a tbs dressing and 2 chicken breast.
She has work to do!!! she is 10 pounds over weight form the baby. She will lose it, she is to vein not to. Its only been a 5 weeks and she has lost almost 10 lbs and I don't even have her lifting or running anything YET... Im going to put her on either var or mk-66 or maybe clen but with her body type I doubt clen will be necessary. I want her to get some thicker legs and she already has a bubble and she's down for supps.
I don't weigh my food any more but you are probably a lot bigger than me. Right now I hover in the mid 190s with low bf... the chicks dig it.
This turned into a self satisfying food porn thread for me. I'm just going to be posting pics of my food. Most of it adheres to the "primal blue print". Which is basically organic whole foods... I don't eat a lot of bread pasta or grains accept a little rice. I still cheat with junk but for the most part what I post in here is what my food looks like.
I'm also trying to show fatties that eating to lose weight doesn't have to mean you eat bland shit. It just takes a little better planning.
