Hey There, Just introducing myself, 48yr old male, broke down old trucker trying to change my life around to healthy new start. 6' 2'' 235lb now use to be 315+, backing working out after 2 rotator cuff surgeries last year & UPPP Throat/nose surgery in December, for breathing.... I'm not no macho man anymore.....

PS. when I was 22 involved in a motorcycle crash, that left me in a brace for almost a year total 8 crush/fracture vertebrates & broken sternum... enough about me..
