I fucking hate leg day. I do it every other week, and I sit there hating every minute of it. Hands down my worst workouts out of all of them.
Seriously? Why? Move massive weights and limp walk out of the gym.
 
I like to squat. I like to deadlift. Lunges are ok. Anything involving a machine hurts. Too much. Now my knee is on the mend and I'm having to skip legs again. I hate leg day but even worse I hate not being able to do leg day
 
I love leg day I had the skinniest legs ever they would not grow at all.... And I was very very week....
An older man at the gym told me you want those pencils stix to grow?? You need to pound them stretch through every exercise and when you think you can't do any more. Do two more exercise to train them... I listened and it worked....
 
I liked squats also but I tend not to because I like going very heavy with them... I m getting older so I need to train smarter... However I ll wrap up from time to time and work my way up to the low to mid 500# range
