This will be a 12 week quick, thyroid shredding blast. I will be getting bloods done and I am scheduled to donate in July. (I donate four times a year).
I will be carb cycling, training 2x a day 5 days a week. Normally I will go in and do squats and lunges in the morning and then in the evening do front squat and a WOD. If I am not doing a WOD in the evening, I will be doing OLY work.
Just got back from vacay so today was rough. A I did was BW stuff on vacation so today hurt..
Example of OLY/lifting stuff will be like this (what I just did this afternoon)
Snatch
80% 2×2
85% 3×1
Snatch Pull
100% 4×2
Pause Squat
70% 4×2
Strict Pullups/Lat Pulldowns
4×8
Strict T2B
4×10
Training will be Crossfit and weights.

I weighed 216 today. I'd like to be 190.
I WANT YOUR HELP AND TIPS. I respect all of your diet tips and training advice/techniques. Most of you have way better physiques than myself, I'd like any help I can get. I basically want to look completely different.
Now for the good stuff:
Cycle:
12 weeks
Test p 300mg
Tren a 600mg
Mast p 600mg
Anavar 100mg weeks 1-8
Winstrol 40-60mg weeks 6-12 (this winny is going to tear me up in Crossfit)
MT2 100 mcg a day while I build up my tan. 250 mcg for maintenance.
DIET
My diet will be SUPER CLEAN. I ate myself into oblivion on vacation, I feel gross and am disgusted with myself. I'll start at maintenance calories and to be honest with so much training I know I'll have to eat more. I'm thinking recomp instead of cut... Advice here please?
I'll criticism, please, I value your input.
